For those eagerly awaiting photos, comments or general observations from the greatest music festival on earth, you will have to wait a while longer, not least because I have reverted to waiting for the photos to be developed (used a disposable camera - purely for security rather than photographic effect, I promise). Furthermore, I simply do not have the time, as I am jetting off to the culinary hotspot of the world tomorrow and enjoying a week in Milan, Florence and Rome (the above snap is from a trip to Venice a few years ago, in case you were confused). I am sure I will have a snap or two to share when I return, and may even offer some culinary/cultural/general travel tips and reviews in the near future. Watch this space.
Watch this space indeed, because new
things are on the horizon. My post-Glastonbury blues were beaten by not one, but two pieces of great news. I found out I have obtained a first class degree (!) AND I have been offered my first full time job starting next month.
More on that later, but for now, I will finish my glass of champagne and attempt to fit a week's worth of packing into hand baggage restrictions.
