obsessed by TV shows, but Homeland has been a distinct exception. This is gripping television at its best. The first episode of the newest series was aired in the UK on Sunday evening. It has to be said, the last series ended with, well, a bit of a bang, so this episode had to kind of pick up all the pieces. For that reason, I felt this was a bit of a catch up first episode, laying the foundations to take the story on to the next stage.
Having said that, it ended on a cliff hanger which has definitely left me wanting more. That's Sunday evenings sorted for a good while then.
