So, I'm back in the big city. Having been home almost a week, I can now say I am officially a bit bored. However, I am only here doing nothing for another few days before I head off to Glastonbury festival, so I really have no reason to say I am bored, I should just be relaxing. Living once again in one of the greatest cities in the world should also be a pretty good reason not to get bored. Funny that.

So expect a long post about Glastonbury after next week. If I have time that is, because just a few days after returning exhausted, dirty and in need of a rest, I will be jetting off to Italy. Yesterday I bought a copy of Tim Parks' new book 'Italian Ways', about travelling from Milan down Italy on the train, which I what we are doing! (well, Milan-Florence-Rome, so half the book can wait for another trip). I am really looking forward to this trip because my favourite kind of holiday involves moving a lot from place to place. Probably not all that relaxing, but definitely more exciting. Which leads on to the next big trip to California. Road trip from San Francisco to San Diego, via Los Angeles. There are no words for this excitement.
So, boredom has now been cured by even the mention of the exciting summer ahead. Oh, and I will be graduating somewhere in between all that.
