Just off the bustle of Carnaby Street, a distinctive yellow awning marks the front of one of arguable one of the best burger restaurants in London. Kua 'Aina, Hawaiian themed and always busy (a good sign), offers a range of burgers and sandwiches. It's pretty reasonably priced for central London, and the staff are really firendly. The only downside is that whilst its popularity gives it a good atmosphere, it also means you are most likely going to seated rather intimately with other diners. Given the very small size of the restaurant, they do a good job of fitting as many people into the space as possible.
That said, I can put up with touching elbows with Joe Bloggs on the other table if the burgers are that good!
